hahaha reflective journal indeed!
I think I speak for the majority of ce6 when I say I'm happy to go to sec school!
note: To all those that I have hurt, I am genuinely sorry, props to all who stood by my side(You rule gurls!), and cheers to all who made this year(2005) a freakin fun one!
I think most, well more than half of our class have gone to KC!! Woohoo go kc girls! So for the new year, may our(kc gals) 1st year in secondary school be a memorable one, and we are going to rock this school, leave our mark and go down in history!! make the most of your time there, 4 years is a very short time, and after that, we're all going separate ways!! *sniff* Some will go to poly, some will go to jc, some will just go overseas to the states or to australia and get straight into a university. But wherever we end up, remember, we are kc girls, both pri. and sec. Corny as this may sound, Once a kc girl, always a kc girl.
Just think about this scenario: 10, 20 years on, we will be back in chij katong primary and secondary or whatever for a school/class reunion!! We'll see what each has become. Rich? Famous? Influencial? Pretty? Confident? Changed? Or, will we become those who lead average, normal lives and will work the 9 to 5 until we're 95? Will you still see the same people in ce6(2005) and ce5(2004)? Will sarah megan remain studios, responsible and well behaved? Will Jacqueline Lim still be our 'class clown'? Will Krishna still be our 'blur Queen?"
Or will we see Claudette(ms. money lover), head of her own company, chilling with her fellow millionare friends? Dian Suhadi a professional dancer on a world-famed stage? Moi, singing to thousands of roaring fans while on a world tour? Megan the first woman prime minister of singapore?(lol) Marietta Sim, chief animator in a Japanese animation studio firm, currently working on the latest Japanese anime craze? Samantha Sim, famous artist who makes painting specially for the rich and famous? Olivia Hoe a fashion designer, founding her own fashion house and would be now following the steps of legendary fashion houses like Dior, Gucci, Coach, versace, and Louis Vuitton, up the ladder of high fashion stardom? Amanda tay, a scientist who has just recently found the cure for cancer? Silvernese Goh an athelete who became a gold medallist in the olympics, bringing Singapore great pride? dalia chan, a renowned Pianist who has performed at the esplanade and is set to go places?
Those are stories of immense success which I pray will become a reality, and given how talented, determined, and PERKY(props 2 clauds v) we girls are, we can definitely make that happen!!
TRANSLATION: WE ALL WILL BECOME RICH, INFLUENTIAL, FAMOUS, UM, DID I MENTION RICH?
